Lackon's Team will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) standards while managing damage assessments, funding applications, and project planning. Acting as the primary liaison between the Council and QRA's Regional Liaison Officer, facilitating communication, progress updates, and adherence to reporting protocols. The Project Manager will also implement a scope control system to enable efficient project execution while leveraging Council's existing systems for cost-effectiveness and knowledge retention. And ensure all works aligbn with bith TMR and Council standards, maintaining the project’s integrity and resilience.
