Moore Park Beach Community Hub

Lackon is actively engaged in delivering a comprehensive masterplan aimed at enhancing community facilities. This project encompasses the creation of a new community hub, a beach activity area, an all-abilities adventure park, and a community deck. The infrastructure to be developed includes:

* A New Community Hub
* A Men’s Shed
* Secure equipment storage for various community groups, including Scouts, Surf Lifesaving, and the Men’s Shed
* A New Eco-themed Playground
* A New Skatepark
* On-street and Off-street Parking Facilities
* A New Access Road to Holliday Park, improving ingress and egress while enhancing the streetscape
* Road and Intersection Upgrades to improve vehicle and pedestrian safety

Lackon is providing Project Management services to the Council, with responsibilities that include reviewing and approving design hold points, managing the project from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to budget and timeframes, overseeing contractor performance, managing occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements, and reviewing and certifying progress claims.
