As part of the founding Lackon team, Kacie was responsible for developing, leading, and implementing ISO9001, AS45001, ISO140001 systems across the business, including regular reporting, non-conformance rectification, and compliance with the certification body. She also supports in managing resourcing commitments to Lackon’s and its clients' projects across the capital works portfolios.

Luke is a project and construction management professional with 15+ years of experience in the delivery of all aspects of the project lifecycle. Luke has held key roles in successfully delivering over 50+ projects across water treatment, wastewater treatment, complex infrastructure, resources, tunnelling and building sectors. He drives the delivery of safe, sustainable projects through a diligent and strong contractor management skillset.

A seasoned RPEQ qualified civil engineer with over 17 years of industry experience under his belt, Nigel has demonstrated extensive track record in successfully delivering local and international transport infrastructure projects across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. His diverse portfolio extends from $1B+ projects with Tier 1 contractors to managing disaster recovery programs focused on flood repair, restoration, and reconstruction works. Having pivoted from civil contracting to project management, Nigel is taking on the important role of managing and delivering local government CAPEX programs across QLD and NSW.

Gavin has over 30 years of broad-ranging project management experience spanning civil engineering, infrastructure, and facilities across Australia and overseas. With a robust understanding of the complete project life cycle – from the project conception stage, through all the operational stages to completion and post-project review – he successfully leads multidisciplinary teams and external third-party consultants to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.

Tyrone is an experienced Client-side Project Manager with nearly 20 years in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Management. He has worked in the public sector for municipal and State government asset owners, overseeing large government projects. Tyrone specialises in managing civil infrastructure projects through the entire life cycle, from concept to delivery. He has successfully managed hundreds of multi-disciplinary projects, valued at $500 million or more, ensuring they meet time, cost, governance, and eligibility requirements.

Daniel is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over a decade of expertise delivering complex capital works, community, residential, and commercial projects across government and private sectors. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from design and procurement to construction and close-out, on projects valued up to $100M. With strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and contract administration, Daniel consistently ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. His background includes extensive work with government agencies, councils, and contractors, where he has built lasting relationships and a reputation for reliability. His expertise spans bridge construction (new builds and refurbishments), road construction, subdivisions, wastewater treatment systems, airport infrastructure, and integrated management systems. Lee specialises in managing complex projects from feasibility and design, through to procurement, construction, contract administration and stakeholder engagement. He has a proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure, including landslip remediation, bridges, drainage and stormwater solutions with end-to-end project oversight. Peter is an executive commercial program manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, transport, and capital works programs across the private and public sectors. He brings extensive expertise in program finance, procurement, contract governance, and supply chain management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing delivery teams. Peter has provided program assurance, governance, and disaster recovery leadership for the City of Gold Coast and the Queensland Department of Education, supporting major capital and recovery programs. He played a key leadership role in the successful delivery of the $170M GC2018 Commonwealth Games transport program. Peter’s recent focus has been on strengthening public sector contract governance frameworks and managing high-profile infrastructure recovery projects.

Gordon Robertson is a senior civil construction professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure, building, and recovery projects across Australia and New Zealand, spanning rail, roads, drainage, water, dams, subdivisions, and commercial developments. He brings strong end-to-end capability across project management, contract administration, construction supervision, financial control, and stakeholder engagement, including extensive experience working for and alongside local councils and Tier 1 contractors. Gordon has led multidisciplinary teams on high-risk and time-critical projects, including disaster recovery works, live services environments, and major rail and transport infrastructure, with a strong focus on safety, constructability, and value for money. Benjamin Gane is a Certified Practising Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience delivering client-side capital works projects for state and local government, from concept through to completion. His background spans senior project and program management roles across QBuild and Cairns Airport, where he has led complex building projects, managed multidisciplinary teams, and coordinated delivery across diverse portfolios. Luke is a civil quality management professional with more than seven years’ experience developing and implementing quality systems, project quality plans, inspection and test processes, NCR controls and compliance frameworks across infrastructure, construction and public sector environments. He has led quality management on major civil and infrastructure projects up to $600M, including responsibility for Project Quality Plans, ITP registers, audit schedules, quality documentation, KPI reporting, root cause investigations and corrective action close-out. Luke brings strong experience preparing and maintaining management plans, project plans and quality assurance processes that support disciplined construction delivery, audit readiness and compliant handover.

Originally from Brazil, Sophia pursued a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has since worked as a civil engineer for a structural design consultancy. More recently, she served as an assistant project manager on some groundbreaking projects in the electric power generation, transmission, and distribution sector. With over 8 years of hands-on engineering experience and a comprehensive understanding of project administration, business operations, and finance functions, Sophia provides a high-level of support to our delivery team to ensure quality and consistency across all capital works projects and programs.

John is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background spanning civil infrastructure and built form environments. His expertise covers all phases of the project lifecycle, equipping him with a deep understanding of project challenges and the ability to deliver tailored solutions for optimal outcomes. John brings a strong focus on contract and commercial management, contractor coordination, and project execution—always ensuring a client-centric approach in every engagement.

Santino has over a decade of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry, serving as a Senior Construction Engineer and Superintendent Representative for VicRoads and RMS. She holds an S123 Mining Supervisor qualification, supporting safe, compliant supervision on quarry and mining-adjacent sites. Stacey is highly experienced interpreting IFC drawings and applying TMR MRTS specifications, coordinating crews and subcontractors to meet program, quality and safety requirements.

Jared Hall is an experienced Superintendent’s Representative and Inspector specialising in electrical, traffic signals, ITS and road lighting infrastructure, with over 20 years’ experience on major transport and capital works projects across Queensland. He has delivered Superintendent’s Representative and Inspector functions on complex, multi-discipline projects, including hold point release, technical compliance verification and contractor oversight. Jared has worked both client-side and contractor-side, providing him with a strong understanding of risk, constructability and governance requirements. He is highly experienced in applying Department of Transport and Main Roads specifications and associated technical standards

Keane is a practical and results-driven Civil Works Inspector with experience across DRFA works, QRA submissions, contractor supervision, logistics, procurement, project coordination and operational management.
