Luke is a project and construction management professional with 15+ years of experience in the delivery of all aspects of the project lifecycle. Luke has held key roles in successfully delivering over 50+ projects across water treatment, wastewater treatment, complex infrastructure, resources, tunnelling and building sectors. He drives the delivery of safe, sustainable projects through a diligent and strong contractor management skillset.

Kacie-Lee is an experienced business management and development professional with a background in administration and business support. She possesses extensive knowledge in business operations, quality systems, finance, human resources, sales, and marketing. As part of the founding Lackon team, Kacie was responsible for developing, leading, and implementing ISO9001, AS45001, ISO140001 systems across the business, including regular reporting, non-conformance rectification, and compliance with the certification body. She also supports in managing resourcing commitments to Lackon’s and its clients' projects across the capital works portfolios.

Tyrone is an experienced Client-side Project Manager with nearly 20 years in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Management. He has worked in the public sector for municipal and State government asset owners, overseeing large government projects. Tyrone specialises in managing civil infrastructure projects through the entire life cycle, from concept to delivery. He has successfully managed hundreds of multi-disciplinary projects, valued at $500 million or more, ensuring they meet time, cost, governance, and eligibility requirements.

Gavin has over 30 years of broad-ranging project management experience spanning civil engineering, infrastructure, and facilities across Australia and overseas. With a robust understanding of the complete project life cycle – from the project conception stage, through all the operational stages to completion and post-project review – he successfully leads multidisciplinary teams and external third-party consultants to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.

A seasoned RPEQ qualified civil engineer with over 17 years of industry experience under his belt, Nigel has demonstrated extensive track record in successfully delivering local and international transport infrastructure projects across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. His diverse portfolio extends from $1B+ projects with Tier 1 contractors to managing disaster recovery programs focused on flood repair, restoration, and reconstruction works. Having pivoted from civil contracting to project management, Nigel is taking on the important role of managing and delivering local government CAPEX programs across QLD and NSW.

With over 18 years of experience in project management, contract administration, and strategic planning, Lee has successfully delivered infrastructure projects across private, state, and local government sectors. His expertise spans bridge construction (new builds and refurbishments), road construction, subdivisions, wastewater treatment systems, airport infrastructure, and integrated management systems. Lee specialises in managing complex projects from feasibility and design, through to procurement, construction, contract administration and stakeholder engagement. He has a proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure, including landslip remediation, bridges, drainage and stormwater solutions with end-to-end project oversight. His hands-on leadership, technical expertise, problem solving capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement ensure high-quality, accurate, efficient, and compliant project outcomes.

Richard has 10 years of experience as a project manager and civil engineer working on high-profile infrastructure projects in the road, rail, major events, water and building sectors. His portfolio includes delivering over $120M academic facilities for primary and secondary school clients and a number of transport projects for TMR South Coast Region overseeing design development, undertaking constructability reviews, and providing contract administration for civil construction works. Based from our Head Office on the Gold Coast, Richard is leading the delivery of a Local Government projects for Lackon.

John is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience as a degree-qualified Engineer and Project Manager, with a proven track record in New Zealand and Australia. He excels in precise cost tracking, client engagement, quality assurance, subcontractor management, and fostering collaborative team environments. His expertise spans a range of industries, including roads, land development, commercial buildings, ports, and sewer pipelines, with notable achievements. John brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project he undertakes.

Originally from Brazil, Sophia pursued a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has since worked as a civil engineer for a structural design consultancy. More recently, she served as an assistant project manager on some groundbreaking projects in the electric power generation, transmission, and distribution sector. With over 8 years of hands-on engineering experience and a comprehensive understanding of project administration, business operations, and finance functions, Sophia provides a high-level of support to our delivery team to ensure quality and consistency across all capital works projects and programs.

John is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background spanning civil infrastructure and built form environments. His expertise covers all phases of the project lifecycle, equipping him with a deep understanding of project challenges and the ability to deliver tailored solutions for optimal outcomes. John brings a strong focus on contract and commercial management, contractor coordination, and project execution—always ensuring a client-centric approach in every engagement.

Fabian Collinao is a dedicated Junior Project Manager with a strong foundation in architectural design. As an architectural graduate, Fabian combines technical expertise with effective project management skills to oversee project planning, coordination, and execution. His proficiency in architectural software and design principles, coupled with his ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, ensures the successful delivery of projects. Fabian's keen attention to detail and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset in both architectural and project management roles.

With 15 years of experience in various key finance roles across various industries, Dan brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and strategic decision-making. He is passionate about driving business growth and enhancing financial performance.

Dani is a Civil Engineer with 6 years of hands-on experience in delivering water and civil infrastructure projects for a major contractor in the Philippines. She played a crucial role in managing projects including the Davao City Bulk Water Supply Project, overseeing aspects such as project delivery, site supervision, design management, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients and subcontractors. Recently, she transitioned into the role of Bid and Proposals Coordinator. Her practical experience in project management uniquely qualifies her to develop compliant and compelling proposals, leveraging her in-depth understanding of the civil infrastructure landscape.

Rochelle is a highly organized, passionate, and skilled executive administrator with a diverse skill set. She has extensive experience in executive support functions, project administration, community engagement, customer service, and general administrative tasks. Thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments, she excels at bringing order to chaos and is confident in the value she brings to a team. With a resilient and hardworking nature, Rochelle embraces a can-do, problem-solving mindset and maintains a positive outlook on life.
