Kacie-Lee is an experienced business management and development professional with a background in administration and business support. She possesses extensive knowledge in business operations, quality systems, finance, human resources, sales, and marketing. As part of the founding Lackon team, Kacie was responsible for developing, leading, and implementing ISO9001, AS45001, ISO140001 systems across the business, including regular reporting, non-conformance rectification, and compliance with the certification body. She also supports in managing resourcing commitments to Lackon’s and its clients' projects across the capital works portfolios.

Luke is a project and construction management professional with 15+ years of experience in the delivery of all aspects of the project lifecycle. Luke has held key roles in successfully delivering over 50+ projects across water treatment, wastewater treatment, complex infrastructure, resources, tunnelling and building sectors. He drives the delivery of safe, sustainable projects through a diligent and strong contractor management skillset.

His diverse portfolio extends from $1B+ projects with Tier 1 contractors to managing disaster recovery programs focused on flood repair, restoration, and reconstruction works. Having pivoted from civil contracting to project management, Nigel is taking on the important role of managing and delivering local government CAPEX programs across QLD and NSW.
