He drives the delivery of safe, sustainable projects through a diligent and strong contractor management skillset.

Kacie-Lee is an experienced business management and development professional with a background in administration and business support. She possesses extensive knowledge in business operations, quality systems, finance, human resources, sales, and marketing. As part of the founding Lackon team, Kacie was responsible for developing, leading, and implementing ISO9001, AS45001, ISO140001 systems across the business, including regular reporting, non-conformance rectification, and compliance with the certification body. She also supports in managing resourcing commitments to Lackon’s and its clients' projects across the capital works portfolios.

With 15 years of experience in various key finance roles across various industries, Dan brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and strategic decision-making. He is passionate about driving business growth and enhancing financial performance.

Tyrone is an experienced Client-side Project Manager with nearly 20 years in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Management. He has worked in the public sector for municipal and State government asset owners, overseeing large government projects. Tyrone specialises in managing civil infrastructure projects through the entire life cycle, from concept to delivery. He has successfully managed hundreds of multi-disciplinary projects, valued at $500 million or more, ensuring they meet time, cost, governance, and eligibility requirements.

Gavin has over 30 years of broad-ranging project management experience spanning civil engineering, infrastructure, and facilities across Australia and overseas. With a robust understanding of the complete project life cycle – from the project conception stage, through all the operational stages to completion and post-project review – he successfully leads multidisciplinary teams and external third-party consultants to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.

A seasoned RPEQ qualified civil engineer with over 17 years of industry experience under his belt, Nigel has demonstrated extensive track record in successfully delivering local and international transport infrastructure projects across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. His diverse portfolio extends from $1B+ projects with Tier 1 contractors to managing disaster recovery programs focused on flood repair, restoration, and reconstruction works. Having pivoted from civil contracting to project management, Nigel is taking on the important role of managing and delivering local government CAPEX programs across QLD and NSW.

Gordon is an accomplished Senior Project Manager, specialising in the management and delivery of local government capital expenditure programmes. With extensive experience overseeing transport, road, and drainage upgrade projects, he ensures alignment with commercial and contractual commitments while managing project feasibility, planning, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Gordon's strong leadership and focus on safety foster collaborative environments, driving project success across diverse teams and stakeholders.

With over 18 years of experience in project management, contract administration, and strategic planning, Lee has successfully delivered infrastructure projects across private, state, and local government sectors. His expertise spans bridge construction (new builds and refurbishments), road construction, subdivisions, wastewater treatment systems, airport infrastructure, and integrated management systems. Lee specialises in managing complex projects from feasibility and design, through to procurement, construction, contract administration and stakeholder engagement. He has a proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure, including landslip remediation, bridges, drainage and stormwater solutions with end-to-end project oversight. His hands-on leadership, technical expertise, problem solving capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement ensure high-quality, accurate, efficient, and compliant project outcomes.

Peter is an executive commercial program manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, transport, and capital works programs across the private and public sectors. He brings extensive expertise in program finance, procurement, contract governance, and supply chain management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing delivery teams. Peter has provided program assurance, governance, and disaster recovery leadership for the City of Gold Coast and the Queensland Department of Education, supporting major capital and recovery programs. He played a key leadership role in the successful delivery of the $170M GC2018 Commonwealth Games transport program. Peter’s recent focus has been on strengthening public sector contract governance frameworks and managing high-profile infrastructure recovery projects.

Jules is a seasoned senior project delivery professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in client-side project and construction management spanning major civil infrastructure, light rail, roads, highways bridges and other transport structures. Skilled in planning, feasibility, pre-tender packages through to design project controls, construction, and asset maintenance across both the private and public sectors, he possesses comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the current Australian local government, state government and national planning and environmental policy, regulations, guidelines and best management practices, bringing an invaluable expertise to Lackon.

John is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience as a degree-qualified Engineer and Project Manager, with a proven track record in New Zealand and Australia. He excels in precise cost tracking, client engagement, quality assurance, subcontractor management, and fostering collaborative team environments. His expertise spans a range of industries, including roads, land development, commercial buildings, ports, and sewer pipelines, with notable achievements. John brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project he undertakes.

John is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background spanning civil infrastructure and built form environments. He has contributed to local council subdivisions across New South Wales, Victoria, the Northern Territory, and the ACT, excelling in contract administration and infrastructure development. His expertise includes project management, site supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Santino is skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects efficiently within budget and time constraints. Amrish is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with over 20 years' experience across transport infrastructure projects including roads, rail, ports, airports and public transport systems. He specialises in client-side construction phase services, with proven capability in design and construction verification, contract administration, project management, and construction certification. His portfolio includes diverse delivery models such as TMR TIC-CO, D&C, Alliance, ECI, and Collaborative Agreements for both public and private sector clients. Renowned for his adaptability and technical proficiency, Amrish consistently delivers high-quality outcomes and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. His depth of experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in the civil and structural engineering space.

Originally from Brazil, Sophia pursued a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has since worked as a civil engineer for a structural design consultancy. More recently, she served as an assistant project manager on some groundbreaking projects in the electric power generation, transmission, and distribution sector. With over 8 years of hands-on engineering experience and a comprehensive understanding of project administration, business operations, and finance functions, Sophia provides a high-level of support to our delivery team to ensure quality and consistency across all capital works projects and programs.

Fabian Collinao is a dedicated Junior Project Manager with a strong foundation in architectural design.
