Blackall Cultural Precinct Stage 2

Lackon is currently engaged by Blackall-Tambo Regional Council to provide Superintendent services for the construction of Stage 2 of the Blackall Cultural Precinct, a significant community and cultural infrastructure project with an estimated construction value of approximately $14.8 million.

Lackon’s role is to administer the construction contract fairly, consistently and in accordance with the contract conditions, while supporting Council to maintain strong governance, commercial control and quality outcomes through construction, completion and close-out.

Our services include progress claim assessment and certification, variation and EOT assessment, contractual determinations, quality verification, review of supporting evidence, and administration of non-conformance and rectification processes. Lackon also maintains disciplined registers and clear records to support Council decision-making and provide an audit-ready trail for all key contract matters.

The engagement includes monthly site attendance to participate in project meetings, inspect the works and assess progress and quality against the contract documents.
