Concrete Batching Plant

Lackon provided comprehensive Project Management Services for the delivery of a 100m³/hr concrete batching facility. The scope of work encompassed Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), planning, and conducting financial and engineering due diligence. Additionally, the project involved defining the fixed process plant scope, overseeing the tender process, negotiating terms, and developing the project feasibility study.
