Contract, Procurement, and Superintendent DRFA Program

Lackon is currently engaged by Barcoo Shire Council to deliver procurement, contract and Superintendent services for Council’s DRFA Program. The package includes program and contract management, Superintendent and Works Inspector services, safety and environmental oversight, quality and quantity verification, reporting, and scalable support across both gravel and civil delivery streams. Delivered across a multi-package, two-year program, this engagement reflects Lackon’s ability to provide practical, independent contract administration and reliable on-ground assurance to support compliant, timely and well-controlled recovery delivery.
