Development of Waste Service Contract Packages

Lackon is currently assisting Tablelands Regional Council with the development of waste service contract packages under Contract No. T00253. The engagement includes preparing tender and contract documentation, developing scopes of work and assessment criteria, supporting tender evaluation, and assisting with recommendation and contract finalisation. The service packages cover:
tyre recycling
green waste mulching
gas bottle decommissioning and recycling
mowing
waste oil collection

Lackon’s role is focused on helping Council progress the packages to market efficiently through a clear, compliant and practical procurement process.
