Housing Program

Lackon is currently supporting Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council under its existing Infrastructure and Capital Works Delivery Program to progress Council’s housing package for delivery. This package is focused on establishing a clear delivery pathway for new dwellings, including confirming readiness, finalising procurement and packaging strategy, coordinating pre-construction planning, and putting in place the contract administration, inspection, quality assurance and reporting controls required for compliant delivery. Lackon’s role includes programme management, Superintendent and Superintendent’s Representative functions, contractor interface management, progress and risk reporting, and forward planning for future housing packages.
