Housing Program - Stage 1 Planning and Community Consultation

Lackon is currently providing project management services for Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council’s Stage 1 Housing Program, supporting development approvals and planning coordination for a 9-dwelling housing program at Palm Street. Lackon’s role includes approvals programming, consultant coordination, DA readiness, pre-lodgement support, statutory timeframe tracking and monthly reporting. The project responds to accommodation demand and overcrowding pressures in the Hope Vale community.
