Lackon provided Project Management Services for a significant programme that involved replacing the Council’s ageing asbestos cement sewer mains network, which had reached the end of its service life. This project included upgrading the outdated assets through targeted condition assessments, re-lining, replacement, and remedial activities, ensuring reliable serviceability both at present and for the future. The scope of work encompassed a coordinated and sequential inspection of all mains and manholes throughout the network, along with the optimisation of the GIS asset database.
