Mt Kynoch Water Treatment Plant

Lackon acted as the Client Representative and Project Advisor for the refurbishment of the Mt Kynoch Water Treatment Plant, Toowoomba's sole source of potable water. Extensive planning and risk management were diligently implemented to ensure that the refurbishment of the primary clarifier could proceed without interrupting the town's water supply. In this capacity, Lackon provided senior-level advice to the Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC), guiding the development and execution of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract with Fulton Hogan, who served as the delivery partner for the project.
