Neville Pootchemunka Sports Field Upgrade

Lackon is currently delivering project management services for Aurukun Shire Council for the Neville Pootchemunka Sports Field Upgrade under the Play Our Way – Stream 1 – Facilities program. The project includes sports field drainage and resurfacing, irrigation, turfing, shade sails, new goal posts, and two change rooms to support safe, modern and inclusive facilities for women and girls.

Our role covers end-to-end project management, including planning, design coordination, approvals, procurement, contract administration, construction oversight, reporting and milestone evidence management through to Practical Completion. The engagement also requires strong management of remote delivery, wet season risks and grant compliance.
