Program Planning and Prioritisation Support

Lackon is currently engaged by Mapoon Shire Council to provide Program Planning and Prioritisation Support across Council’s portfolio of 12 priority projects. The engagement focuses on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to Council’s capital works and community infrastructure program through staged program planning, prioritisation, and high-level scoping.

Lackon is supporting Council to review existing project information, confirm priorities, identify risks and constraints, and align projects with available funding streams and delivery timeframes. The outcome is a clear, practical roadmap that defines next steps for each project and establishes a sound basis for detailed scoping, procurement, and delivery. Where required, Lackon will also provide ongoing project management, superintendency, and construction-phase support to assist Council in progressing projects efficiently, compliantly, and in line with community needs.
