Sewer Pump Station No. 1 - Texas

Lackon is currently engaged by Goondiwindi Regional Council to provide project management and construction supervision services for the delivery of Sewer Pump Station No. 1 in Texas. The role includes managing procurement and tender assessment, contractor appointment, and contract establishment, followed by construction-phase contract administration, quality and safety oversight, and verification of hold and witness points.

Lackon is supporting Council through inspections, progress and variation assessments, commissioning, and practical completion to ensure the project is delivered compliantly, efficiently, and in accordance with Council’s technical and governance requirements.
