Water Services Laboratory Renovation

Lackon provided project management services for the Bundaberg Regional Council’s Water Services Laboratory Renovation Project. The council, responsible for water and wastewater services throughout the Bundaberg region, undertakes regular collection and testing of samples to ensure quality and compliance with licensing requirements. The project involved renovating and upgrading the water services laboratory at 7 Squadron Drive, Bundaberg, converting an existing Class 5 commercial building into a fully functional laboratory for the Water Services Branch.

Leveraging Lackon's project management expertise, the renovation was successfully completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
